Mobility, as an ability of people to travel fast from one country to another, facilitates both making new contacts and improving mutual understanding between countries. The program will offer opportunities for 1,500 Belarusians to acquire new knowledge, improve their professional skills and find partnerships during their visits to EU countries. The Project will cover the participants' travel expenses, accommodation, meals, visas, insurance, and entrance fees for different events.

Goals and Objectives: Expansion of contacts between EU and Belarus nationals to share best practices in such spheres as culture, education, youth policy, science and technology, as well as economy, public health, the energy sector and public administration. The purpose of the visits could be to participate in a conference, fair, festival or joint work on a project.

Intermediate Outcomes: 1927 people have used the opportunities offered by the Project by November 2017. Thus, the staff of the Republican Institute of Higher School took part in the international academic conference "Belarus in Academic Discourse" at the University of Warsaw. The "Skvo’s Dance Company" dance group gave two performances in Hamburg and found several German partners. Researchers from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics made presentations at the conference "Porous Conductors: Science and Technology" in Tarragona (Spain).

Applications for participation in the Projects are open until December 2017.
