One more high-profile event took place in Minsk on September 22: a presentation of Creative Europe, the best-known EC grant programme. Executives, publishers, gallery and urban creative space managers assembled in a historical spot - the Vankovichуs’ House/Museum. Ms. Eglė Deltuvaitė, Head of the Creative Europe National Bureau in Lithuania, introduced the programme.
