The Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Belarus is seeking proposals for projects to be implemented in Belarus or projects which would directly benefit the Belarusian society with financial assistance from the Development and Co-operation Instrument financed under thematic programme "Civil Society Organisations and Local Authorities" and the "European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights".

The deadline for submission of the Concept Notes is 7 March 2019.
An information session on this call for proposals will be held on 22 February 2019 at 9:30-12:00.
Location: "Victoria Hotel" (Business Centre), Congress Hall, ground floor, at Prospect Pobediteley 59, Minsk instead of "Hotel Belarus".
Those wishing to attend the information session will need to register themselves beforehand. The logistics and registration procedure will be announced no later than 14 February 2019 on the EuropeAid website and on the website of the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Belarus.
