The distance program consists of a set of video courses, Guidance and individual consultations. The video courses and the Guidance cover the most relevant topics for managing a business: planning, legal framework and taxation. Financial management experts provide information on developing financial models, performance-based assessment and risk analysis. Participants, who submit the concepts of business plans for implementation in project’s pilot regions, will receive access to individual consultations with experts.
“Efforts to boost economic growth should go along with the professional development of entrepreneurs, - said Alexandra Solovieva, UNDP Resident Representative in Belarus. – The growth of the small and medium-sized businesses in the regions is one of the strategic priorities. By providing the access to the distance learning for beginners and existing businesses we help them gain new knowledge in effective use of resources, risk analysis and attracting investments».
Access to the video courses and Guidance is available upon the registration.
The distance learning program "Startup School" is developed within the Support to Economic Development at the Local Level in the Republic of Belarus Project. The project is funded by the European Union and implemented by the UN Development Program in partnership with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.
