Contest aims at the increasing understanding and supporting of the rights and needs of children with serious diseases and disabilities, and their families among the community in the Republic of Belarus.
Following legal entities are eligible to apply:
- Non-profit organizations (public organizations, charities and other funds in Minsk and Minsk region)
- State institutions, health, education, physical culture and sports institutions, etc., can act only!!! as a partner of applicant organization among non-profit organizations.
According to the results of the Contest, two initiatives will be selected. The maximum budget for one initiative is 5,000 euros. The implementation period should not exceed 6 months.
The applications will be accepted from the 1 May till 25 May 2017.
The results of the contest will be announced no later than 31st May 2017 on the Belarusian Children's Hospice web-site (www.hospice.by)
The contest of local initiatives is possible by holding of the EU project «Developing a pilot advocacy service in Belarus to protect the rights of children with severe disabilities and children with life-limiting conditions” implemented by the Belarussian children’s hospice in cooperation with NGO HealthProm (UK).

27 April, 2017 at 10. 00 The Belarusian Children's Hospice will hold an information meeting for potential participants in the new building of the Belarusian Children's Hospice Lesnaya Polyana: Minsk district, rural council 71.
