In the village of Kamarova, the Miadziel district, for more than a year, new entrepreneurs from 4 regions have been trained and advised. With the support of experienced trainers, they develop business plans that are presented on Startup Weekends. The best business plans receive financial support.
In the past Startup Weekends only new entrepreneurs could participate, who were trained in the School of Rural Business in Kamarova. But in the fifth Startup Weekend, everyone who wants to open a business from Miadziel, Smargoń, Pastavy and Astraviec districts can take part.
For participation, it is necessary to prepare a business plan in accordance with the template and send it along with the application to Educational and practical institution for entrepreneurship support "BIKamarova" until June 22, 2018, to the email address: center@komarovo.com.
The sent business plans will be evaluated by the manager of the educational program, which, if necessary, will give recommendations. The authors of the most promising business plans will be invited to the fifth Startup Weekend, which will be held in July 2018 in Kamarova.
During the event, participants will need to make a brief presentation about their business idea and answer questions from the jury. Based on the results of the Startup Weekend, the authors of the best business plans will receive financing for the development of their business in the amount of 2 to 10 thousand euros.

The competition of local private initiatives is held within the framework of the project "BY RURAL BOOST: Boosting rural entrepreneurship in Belarus via establishment and running of Kamarova Rural Business Incubator", financed by the European Union and co-financed by the Small Grants Program of the US Embassy in Minsk.
Students of the School of Rural Business who used to participate in the Startup Weekends, but did not score the required number of points, can also try their hand at the fifth Startup Weekend. To participate they need to send an application and business plan.
