The European Neighbourhood Instrument Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus 2014-2020 announces the opening of the 3rd Call for Proposals.
The strategic goal of the Programme is to strengthen relations, raise capacities and share experience among people and organisations from Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus through implementation of joined actions aimed at increasing the overall quality of life in the border regions.
The competition is open in the following thematic areas:
1. Promotion of social inclusion and fight against poverty
2. Support to local and regional good governance
3. Promotion of local culture and preservation of historical heritage

Applications for participation in the competition must be received by the Public establishment Joint Technical Secretariat (Konstitucijos Ave. 7, LT-09308, Vilnius) no later than May 30, 2019, 12:00 (Vilnius time, GMT + 2).
Within this Call for Proposals, the Applicants are kindly encouraged to actively submit applications for the Priority 2.2 “Strengthening society” in the framework of thematic area 2 - “Support for good governance at the local and regional level”.
To clarify and discuss all the nuances of participation in the competition, the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus Program invites potential applicants to a seminar in Minsk. The seminar will be held April 18, 2019 in the hotel "President Hotel" (Minsk, Kirova str., 18). The working language of the event is Russian.

9.00-10.00 Registration
10.00-16.00 Seminar (1-hour lunch break)
16.30-17.30 Session on the priority 2.2 "Strengthening of society"
16.30-18.00 Short individual consultations
We invite you to register for the seminar by filling out the electronic form by April 8, 2019. You will receive confirmation of registration after the end of the entire registration period. Registration can be closed before the deadline if the number of participants exceeds the limit. Please kindly mind that no more than two people from the same organization can participate in the event. Registration form must be filled in Russian individually for each participant.
